How do I buy VoIP minutes?

 VoIP minutes are charged per 60 second block.  This means that you are charged for 60 seconds  if you only talk 30 seconds, charged for two minutes if you speak for example 1:05 minutes etc.  The rate differs based on the prefix you dial using your soft phone.
